This hotel is located very close to the train station, making it convenient for travelers to move around. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is an onsen available to use. there is a complimentary coffee corner provided which is a good practice. the hotel doesn't provide a complimentary shuttle to the nearest shopping area, which could be a disadvantage for some guests. this hotel could be a good choice for those who are looking for a convenient pit stop during their travels.

The hotel offered an onsen which was perfect after spending a day outside in the cold weather. the location was ideal for getting around since it was close to the train station and other local transportation. One of the best things about the hotel was that they gave out complimentary coffee, which was a great way to warm up on a chilly Christmas morning.
the hotel didn't provide a shuttle to the nearest shopping area, which made it tough to buy holiday gifts for family and friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, being very close to the train station and shopping area. The cleanliness of this hotel is impressive, and I was blown away by the facilities. The hotel has a private onsen and even a vending machine with plenty of options. The breakfast buffet included with my stay was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and responsible.

The hotel offered free parking and had an onsen which was nice after a long day of meetings on my business trip. The location was great as it was near public transportation and restaurants. the WiFi was fast and reliable which allowed me to work efficiently from my room.
The customer service was not up to par. The staff was not friendly and did not make us feel welcome upon arrival.
